Kantor shopee soolo berlokasi di Solo Paragon Mal, Kota Solo, Jawa Tengah dan diharapkan bisa membuka lowongan pkerjaan hingga 2000 tenaga kerja.

1. Customer Operations - Quality Assurance Team Leader (based in Solo)

Tim Operasional mencakup proses dari awal hingga akhir, mulai dari saat Pembeli mencari produk di Shopee, hingga saat Pembeli menerima produk. Tim ini menganalisis & memantau Indikator Kinerja Utama & melakukan analisis jika performa operasional mengalami fluktuasi. Tim ini terdiri dari Customer Service, Pembayaran, Listings, Warehouse, Pengiriman, Operasional Penjual, dan Fraud.

Uraian Tugas
  • Monitor and analyse the development of all agents’ performance as well as the Quality Assurance (QA) specialists
  • Verifying agent’s service quality to make sure they are aligned with the company standards
  • Provide insights or recommendations for improvement on service quality and monitoring the process
  • Create a report summary of the achievement of the quality improvement
  • Create and monitor work programs for agent’s improvement
Persyaratan
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Min. 4 years experience in Contact Center
  • Experienced as Supervisor for QA/Support/Ops in the Customer Service area
  • Can work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of QA job scope and sampling methodology
  • Understand basic data analysis

2. Operations - Customer Operations Quality Assurance (based in Solo)

Tim Operasional mencakup proses dari awal hingga akhir, mulai dari saat Pembeli mencari produk di Shopee, hingga saat Pembeli menerima produk. Tim ini menganalisis & memantau Indikator Kinerja Utama & melakukan analisis jika performa operasional mengalami fluktuasi. Tim ini terdiri dari Customer Service, Pembayaran, Listings, Warehouse, Pengiriman, Operasional Penjual, dan Fraud.

Uraian Tugas
  • Supervise the work of customer service to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures
  • Document call centre processes and FAQs, and work on continuous improvement
  • Achieve qualitative call monitoring and scoring goals as established
  • Provide reports related to the quality score of all customer service agents on an ongoing basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
Persyaratan
  • Minimum Diploma degree from any major
  • At least 1-year of experience as Quality Assurance within the Customer Service area is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Has a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and is a good team player

3. Operations - Customer Operations Trainer (based in Solo)

Tim Operasional mencakup proses dari awal hingga akhir, mulai dari saat Pembeli mencari produk di Shopee, hingga saat Pembeli menerima produk. Tim ini menganalisis & memantau Indikator Kinerja Utama & melakukan analisis jika performa operasional mengalami fluktuasi. Tim ini terdiri dari Customer Service, Pembayaran, Listings, Warehouse, Pengiriman, Operasional Penjual, dan Fraud.

Uraian Tugas
  • Develop curriculum to support classroom training and regular refreshment training
  • Conduct timely constructive feedback and counselling of the trainees
  • Design and evaluate training material for technical/soft skills training
  • Arrange and deliver operation training, both for new hire and existing customer services
  • Responsible for the training administration and report
Persyaratan
  • Diploma or higher degree from a reputable university
  • At least 1-year experience as a Trainer within the Customer Service area
  • Get used to Training Need Analysis, Training Design & Development, Training Delivery, Coaching, and Training Evaluation

4. Engineering and Technology - IT Helpdesk Engineer (Solo)

Tim yang terdiri dari para engineer dari seluruh dunia ini saling bekerjasama untuk membangun sistem terbaik dengan teknologi yang sesuai. Bukan sekedar menyelesaikan masalah yang ada, engineer kami juga berusaha membangun sistem yang tahan lama. Uraian Tugas
  • Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers as well as end users’ requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation
  • Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors
  • Manage IT infrastructure, system monitoring and reports
  • Implement and monitor office IT security and antivirus
  • Other duties include performing first level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups
Persyaratan
  • Willing to be placed in Solo, Jawa Tengah
  • Willing to travel to other sites if required
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS)
  • Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing fundamentals
  • Professional Qualification - Microsoft Certified/CCNA is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic setup and configuration of Cisco devices such as firewall, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points is a plus
  • Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures
  • Ability to cover after-office hours and weekend support if there are any infrastructure issues

5. Customer Operations Team Leader (based in Solo)

Uraian Tugas
  • Monitor Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) supervisors on the floor and ensure the tasks meet the target and standards
  • Day-to-day agent performance review with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team leader, provide suggestions on improvement
  • Bridging with Shopee related unit to execute additional processes such as banned/un-banned accounts
  • Proactively resolve special cases by escalating to respective divisions accordingly
  • Work closely with in-house team leaders to validate report from Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) side (invoice, performance, scorecard, incentive, etc) in accordance with high accuracy and integrity
Persyaratan
  • Have by minimum Diploma's degree from reputable university
  • Have 3-years of experience prior in Customer Service (with a background of leading small project/group) and 1-year as a team leader
  • Preferably with experience of multi-interface; face-to-face, call, and email
  • Have strong skills in communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving
  • Have good traits as a team leader, possess a good and positive attitude, and high eagerness to learn
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
