Sales Consultant
Job Purpose:
To attract, sell and manage relationships with buying and prospective customers and provide high quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth within the AJVA’s policies, procedure, sales strategy and objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of branch sales to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards improve and increase customer satisfaction & CVP score.
- Entertain and attend to walk-in clients’ inquiries about cars information, specifications, features, price and payment methods (cash, through bank) to ensure clients are well-received and have a first good impression about the AJVA.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with inquiring and/or buying customers through phone calls, emails and social media… to ensure sustained and increased sales and revenues, maintain customer contact details & records on System for future sales potentials and offers.
- Achieve the monthly defined sales target by being active, proactive, convincing and decisive with customers to ensure closure of the deal.
- Obtain the minimum down payment, process purchase agreement, enter client’s information into the system and reserve the selected vehicle to ensure sales deals are processed and successfully closed.
- Interact and arrange with the bank rep regarding vehicles to be purchased through the bank to ensure sales deal is closed properly.
- Identify location of the vehicle, communicate and request from other sales consultants/branch managers in the specific branch the release of the requested vehicle in case the requested vehicle isn’t in the warehouse.
- Interact, follow up with the warehouse the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) request and arrange with sales coordinator the status and readiness of the vehicle for delivery to the requesting showroom, and notify the client about all PDI notes on the vehicle (if any) before delivery and ensure the client sign & acknowledge all required documents.
- Ensure to receive the requested vehicle, vehicle registration, and insurance papers before contacting the client for hand-in-hand delivery within the agreed delivery date.
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- 0-2 years relevant experience in a related field or industry
- High School Certificate with preferably a Diploma in Sales, Marketing or any other related field

Internal Auditor
Job Purpose:
- To adopt systematic and disciplined audit approach as per the methodology of the department. Performs routine to complex internal audit work to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the AJVA's risk management, control, and governance processes, in order to improve systems & processes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare or contribute to the preparation of work plans (including risk assessment) and audit programs for assigned audit engagements.
- Assist his Supervisor Internal Audit Department in various audit projects.
- Supports in conducting risk reviews across various departmental functions while doing an audit engagement.
- Conduct in accordance with AJVA’s standards, segments of financial, operational and compliance audits of complex operations and conduct similar audits of small and medium sized operations.
- Obtain required information directly or indirectly through examination of records or interviews with staff.
- Review and evaluate the system of management controls and assess their adequacy and effectiveness, where appropriate, draft potential recommendations for improvements in the overall control environment in the company.
- Establish working relationships with company's staff.
- Prepare working papers documenting adequately work performed.
- Draft segments of the reports and communications on the results of work performed, for review by the Supervisor.
- Assess the reliability and effective use of internal controls and assist in reviewing administrative procedures.
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
- 4 - 6 years relevant experience in Accounting or Audit
- Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
