Loading Supervisor
Job description: Long Description Job Summary
Jobholder is tasked to plan and execute the loading and storing of Finished goods and Raw materials and Material Issuance to Production
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating with Shipping Supervisors and Warehouse Supervisors and ensuring the materials are stored in the yard as per SOP.
- Ensuring the Finished Goods and Raw materials are Properly stored in the Yard as per FIFO and Safely
- Ensuring Issuance of materials to production as per FIFO and SOP • Conduct daily toolbox meeting with the Team.
- Manages the Yard Day to day activities and reports to Asst.Logistics Manager.
- Conducting the Materials Inventory in coordination with Asst.Logistics Manager and Warehouse Supervisor
- Plan and execute the daily Forklift and Trolley activities.
- Ensuring the Receipts are received and recorded in the system as per SOP.
- Monitor the Raw material Inventory level.
- Leading Team development, training, and Appraisal activities for the Yard crew in coordination with Asst.Logistics Manager.
- Planning and executing OPEX projects and 5S activities in the Yard in coordination with Asst.Logistics Manager.
- Ensuring the Utilization of Forklifts and cranes are properly used as per requirement.
- Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge4 to 5 years in relevant field
Technical & non technical• Good command on languages - English, Arabic is preferable.• Knowledge in PEB Materials• SAP

Maintenance Supervisor
Job Summary
Supervision of mechanics to achieve 99% up time of all equipment. Focus on PM to reduce breakdown rectification.
Minimise equipment down time, repair cost and time effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe work environment for all workers.
- Supervise and guide the mechanics for breakdown, PM, and other maintenance activities.
- Supervising of capex projects.
- Finding better alternative solutions. Such as better products from other sources other than equipment supplier.
- Manpower allocation day to day basis
- Coordinate with production for PM activities
- Ensure SOP for all equipment.
- Co ordination with Purchase dept for spares procurement.
- Ensure no wastage of consumables (oils /air / water) by implementing on time rectification of faults.
- Implement the SAP maintenance system to be up dated. by recording breakdown data.
- Co ordinate with stores to ensure spares and consumables are available.
- Achieve and maintain the 5S requirements.
Candidate Requirements
3 year government polytechnic diploma in engineering after completing 10th std.
10 years in industry

Trade Marketing Analyst
Job Summary: Trade Marketing Analyst role is to execute central promotions, ensure on time listing of new products in the Kuwait Market, design and implement local promotions. This role is supportive to the Trade Marketing Manager, assisting in identifying growth opportunities across different channels of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with division TMM in planning and executing promotions
- Ensuring the execution is effective & implemented by Field Visits
- Identifying additional platforms, then planned, to optimize promotion effectiveness and output.
- Optimizing cost (co-packing, placement)
- Detailed briefing to Sales forces monthly (Month Launch)
- Follow & Coordinate with implementation and execution of Central & Local Activities
- Follow up on promotional effectiveness during and post event through recap reports on Weekly/ Monthly basis (POSM stock report, MBRs etc.)
- Shopper Event planning, execution & reporting
- Promotion effectiveness assessment and debrief.
- Planning for tailored local promotions by account
- Identifying promotional platform and allocating promotional volumes by salesmen
- Code creation for the new received POSM
- Scheduling & following up with deliveries from Alghanim warehouse & implementation agency.
- Trade License renewals (Free & Discount)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Candidate requirements:
- Strong with Numbers
- Expert in using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills both in English and Arabic
- Team Player
