The main objective for senior account manager is to build strategic relationship that make it difficult for competitor to break into the account and to achieve short term and long term business unit objective by managing enterprise customers, provide input to develop new markets in alignment with the division strategy.
- Works with the service and project Operation team to ensure quality services are delivered as agreed with the customer.
- Coordinate with Finance team to ensure proper invoices are produced and payment are collected as agreed with the customer. Manage relationships with key customers at the opportunity management level
