The Luxury Closet is a company born in Dubai, the heart of luxury in the Arabian Peninsula, where we are redefining the world of luxury. Our goal is to offer the greatest selection of luxury products and services with an exceptional customer experience. In this role you must exceed targets and maximize sales and revenues. You will work with multiple departments to ensure you reach your assigned target.
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating cash register, managing financial transactions for in-store purchases as well as online pickup orders.
- Growth-oriented individual constantly striving to increase store sales.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Answering inquiries on our dedicated Whatsapp number.
- Attending online pick up orders as well as coordinating with the logistics department to make sure all orders are dispatch/ return in a timely manner.
- Doing a cycle count of the store items.
- Preparing items before displaying in the store - price tagging, product ID checking.
- Assist Sellers to submit items to The Luxury Closet
- At least 2 year of experience in luxury retail sales is a MUST
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional personal appearance
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Pro-active service delivery attitude, willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on approach
