This role is Riyadh-based and with a full-time roster. A mixture of international and domestic duties from our Riyadh base can be expected.

About You
You will possess a minimum 2000 hours total flying time with multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft. Only time in the operating seat will be counted, not simulator, Flight Engineer or Second Officer time.
Additional mandatory requirements include a valid ICAO ATPL, unrestricted class one medical certificate and ICAO English level 5 or above.

Manager Central Reservation Control
About The Role

Yours is a role that will see you ensure efficient coordination of disruption management, service customer reservations, deal with special service requests, and consistently maintain high levels of operational efficiency in a 24x7x365 operational environment.
This dynamic role will demand strong collaborating skills with key teams to optimise scheduling, re-accommodation, and reservations with a strong focus on technology and innovation.
A key aspect of this position is to support timely and accurate guest order processing for both special and disrupted services, as well as addressing and resolving booking-related issues or complaints.
Further, you will provide support to RX digital assistance center, indirect sales, interline partners and corporate clients.

About You
Degree qualified, you must demonstrate at least 10 years of Central Reservation Control experience, including at least 5 years leading a team.
You are expected to possess strong experience in using and managing industry leading products such as Sabre or Amadeus.

Senior Manager Ground Operations Training and Standards
About The Role

In this role, you will be tasked with developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs and standards for airport operations and third-party ground handling personnel, driving continuous improvement and performance enhancement.
Central to this role is ensuring Ground Operations staff are well-trained, adhere to industry standards, and contribute to the overall safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of activities.
As a subject matter expert, you will ensure that all training, processes, and performance initiatives align with top-tier industry standards, such as IATA, IOSA, and ISAGO, promoting a proactive safety and quality assurance culture throughout the organisation.

About You
