Accounting Senior Associate

As part of the Finance team you are expected to prepare and deliver reporting of data to finance, functional, and Firm leaders to enable decision making. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
- Enabling adherence to policies/procedures
- Assisting in resolving issues and answering inquiries
- Providing analytical and technical assistance to every staff
- Preparing and distributing standard and/or ad hoc financial reports
- Developing changes/additions to existing reporting packages
- Managing documentation of processes and enhancements
- Supporting management in maintaining Firm Accounting Policies

The salary range for this position is: $54,000 - $184,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
