ALSAYER Group Supervisor Entry Level, Vehicle Sales Toyota Jobs in Kuwait
Job Summary/Purpose:
Supervise the sale of Retail cars as per the sales strategy and CSI targets, whilst maintaining showroom standards, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Operational:
- 1. Share and assign targets to sales staff, review performance, prepare sales report and submit it to Senior/Manager, Vehicle Sales with recommendations.
- 2. Check cash and credit invoices, delivery notes, Traffic Department documentation submit it to the Senior/Manager, Vehicle Sales for approval and send copies to Finance Department.
- 3. Conduct inventory of stationary, electrical and office equipments and ensure supplies.
- 4. Propose Vehicle Order recommendation in order to meet customer's requirements.
- 5. Check all vehicle reservation with sales staff on a daily basis.
- 6. Follow up with Delivery Center for delivery of the vehicles in time.
- 7. Arrange replacements in the car as per customer request; send Vehicle Prepare Order for the showroom.
- 8. Attend to and follow up on customer queries on sale and maintenance of vehicles.
- 9. Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and meeting customers' requests in accordance with Company policies.
- 10. Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures relating to the purchase, registration, insurance and payment of vehicles by customers.
- 11. Ensure safety of showroom as per TMC standards and local Kuwait regulations.
People Management:
- 1. Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.
- 2. Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on SAP HCM for management approval.
- 3. Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- 4. Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.
- 5. Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.
ALSAYER Group Manager Vehicle Sales Toyota Jobs in Kuwait
Job Summary/Purpose:
Manage a team of sales professionals in order to promote product sales, achieve sales targets, turnover, profit and market share growth and customer satisfaction index.
Strategic:
- 1. Prepare annual sales plans and budgets to meet the business unit/department strategic planning requirements for Managements review.
- 2. Monitor actual sales performance against budgeted figures and take corrective measures as appropriate.
- 3. Recommend annual marketing and sales strategy, such as pricing, stock levels, product mix.
Operational:
- 1. Assign performance targets in terms of sales revenue, customer satisfaction index (CSI), product category and geographical area based on such factors as stock movement, sales history and forecasts, sales budgets, product mix.
- 2. Contribute to the development and implementation of incentive schemes in order to boost sales, increase profits and push slow moving items.
- 3. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans, such as product launch events, promotions, advertising campaigns, to help develop sales and market share.
- 4. Ensure the product development and promotional plans are understood and implemented at all levels to give the optimum level of impact.
- 5. Recommend the ordering schedule for different models and their variants after consultation with key sales staff, and considering such factors as sales forecasts, stock levels, product movement history.
- 6. Organize showroom layout, facilities such as parking space, and product display in order to attract customers and smooth the showroom traffic.
- 7. Ensure customer prospecting database is constantly updated and maintained.
- 8. Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and represent the business unit at senior level within the customer base to ensure its image is maintained and enhanced, develop customer base and generate business.
- 9. Monitor changes in the market situation and legislative requirements, competition, customer feedback, report to management and recommend or implement action to meet changing circumstances as required.
- 10. Monitor and report on sales activities and performance and take corrective measures as necessary.
- 11. Monitor the Vehicle Delivery Schedule in order to ensure that the vehicles are delivered in time.
- 12. Ensure safety of showroom as per TMC standards and local Kuwait regulations.
People Management:
- 1. Identify, set and agree on KPIs and objectives.
- 2. Prepare performance planning (PP), conduct performance appraisal (PA) and PP/PA interviews including employee development plans and counsel employees on career progression opportunities and approve training requests.
- 3. Recommend employee promotions, salary adjustments, disciplinary actions and approve vacation and overtime.
- 4. Identify staffing needs, participate in interviewing panels and take hiring decisions.
- 5. Maintain and promote staff motivation by addressing employee grievances promptly and escalating when necessary and enforcing fair and equitable compliance with Group policies and procedures.
