We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our operations across the Saudi Arabia region.

As our new Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth business operations. You will be responsible for administrative support, logistics coordination, and personnel management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with multiple departments to optimize efficiency and drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Administration: Manage service tickets, inventory tracking, procurement coordination, and client communication.
- Personnel Management: Oversee employee visas, leave records, training courses, travel arrangements, and HR documentation.
- Logistics Coordination: Handle equipment shipments, track incoming/outgoing goods, ensure proper documentation, and liaise with freight providers.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
We are looking for
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multitask and problem-solve. The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in operations coordination, logistics, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic is a plus).
