We can trace our origin back to 1866, when the first European condensed milk factory was opened in Cham, Switzerland, by the Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company. Today, we employ around 273,000 people and have factories or operations in almost every country in the world. With our headquarters still based in the Swiss town of Vevey, we had sales of CHF 84.3 billion in 2020.

Durabilité environnementale

We've shared our full roadmap to reach Net Zero emissions by 2050. Some of our key steps include transitioning to 100% renewable electricity in all our sites, cutting virgin plastic in our packaging, and making our supply chain for key ingredients deforestation-free. We’re also investing CHF 1.2 billion to help spark regenerative agriculture across our supply chain, as part of a total investment of CHF 3.2 billion by 2025.

Position Summary

Joining Nestlé means you are joining the largest Food and Beverage company in the world. At our very core, we are a human company driven by our purpose to improve the quality of life and contribute to a healthier future.

The main purpose of this position is to drive sales of both standard and solution-based beverages in the workplace while accelerating the consumption of hot and cold beverages by delighting consumers through the consistent availability of Nestlé beverages. Additionally, it is essential to be an integral part of the team responsible for executing the agreed-upon beverage strategy, as vetted through GBS, MBS, and ICP.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Drive visibility of the leading business KPI'S as vetted in the OMP by leveraging on the NCE methodology.
  • Responsible for achieving their sales targets and meeting the set budgets, while taking corrective actions for underperforming machines.
  • Support with building key customer relationships for sustainable business growth, conducting JBP, implementing effective spending strategy, optimizing leads generation process.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and processes while contributing to the trade asset management cycle by executing the trade assets placement plan flawlessly in the workplace. It includes active participation in the MBP cycle to maintain proper stock supply and managing third-party suppliers related to trade asset management for the B&I channel, in alignment with NP TAM Best Practices.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and potential for improvement for the business. Optimize the sales and service structure in the operation.

What Will Make You Successful…

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business operations, preferably in the Out of Home environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field.
  • Strong experience in Sales. Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams in a high-performance work environment.
  • Excellent Analytical / Microsoft skills, previous exposure to SAP ERP system is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with previous experience in managing a team.
  • Valid driving license.
