RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cash Flow: Prepare and manage monthly cash flow statements to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Balance Sheet: Compile and analyze monthly balance sheet statements to reflect the company's financial position
- Income Statement: Generate monthly income statements to track revenue and expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Accounts Payable: Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable: Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments from different stakeholders
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data
- Compliance: Ensure all financial practices are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process and perform periodic checks of the process
- Monitor office expenses and tally, and enter cash receipts
- Reconcile accounts and prepare bank deposits
- Develop and maintain a well-organized filing system to ensure accurate financial records
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, English Section
- 5 to 8 years of similar experience
- Fluency in English is a must
- Proficiency in preparing Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and Income Statements
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
