As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team including buyer's agents and showing assistants. You will mentor the real estate team to success by managing the agents, motivate and train the attitudes and habits of a buyer's agent as they should be committed to putting their clients first and winning leads.
You will be responsible to handle a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team. This might include scheduling appointments with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring that the sales team have everything they need to do their jobs well. You would also be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics and reporting these results back to senior management
In this role, you will:
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coach team members on sales technique, product, upsell and cross-sell
- Plan and direct sales team training
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues
- Set individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams (for new and existing business and hunters - for new business)
- Work on sales scripts with agents
- Achieve the monthly sales targets by delivering sales from both personal and group accounts
- Generate leads and prospects to meet the parameters for quarterly sales production review
- Assist the Sales Manager with recruiting, developing, and training new sellers
- Conduct site viewing/tripping on a regular basis
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
- Control expenses and monitor budgets
- Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve team and individual targets
- Track and maintain records of team sales, payments, and account reviews
- Source feedback to marketing, operations, and tech team for enhancing product effectiveness, client issues and concerns
- Collect customer feedback and market research and channelize it internally for effective measures and follow-ups
- Verification of agency data/ numbers in the respective area to analyse growth opportunities and determine recruiting needs
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base through effective team management and allocate new agencies to the existing team
- Keep track of agency pools and verify agency data in their area.
- Source feedback to and from operations and the sales team for effective planning and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or related field
- Requires a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the real estate field
- Valid KSA licence required
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Strong Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Motors team and focus on our Car Sales segment. This segment offers a huge opportunity for highly driven sales professionals who are eager to make an impact.
In this role, you will be:
- Establishing contact and developing relationships with business owners and other stakeholders in the Auto Industry
- Developing database of leads through referrals, telephone, canvassing, face-to-face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, and networking
- Selling value-added products and subscriptions to new and existing accounts
- Meeting weekly and monthly sales KPIs (value and volume)
- Providing client training to ensure efficient and continuous use of the service and providing performance regular reviews and reports to ensure maximum client retention
- Consistently and continuously monitoring client's health and quality metrics' ensuring they are in line with management's expectations and ensuring efficient use of service and no malpractice
- Communicating effectively to manage clients' expectations to ensure they receive a great dubizzle experience
- Reviewing clients' accounts and highlighting areas where the client can improve their performance to get more out of their listing
- 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience with at least 1 year of B2B sales
- Online sales experience is a bonus
- Fluent in English and Arabic/Urdu
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven company
- Strong computer skills with excellent MS office knowledge
- Proven success in previous sales roles
