Inside Sales Manager
Job Summary
Tetra Pak Manufacturing Ltd. is looking for an Inside Sales Manager who will independently and proactively drive the Services business growth in a specific territory within a market company, based on industry mapping, identifying, prioritizing and pursuing business opportunities with existing transactional accounts and securing future business.
He/she will also be responsible for developing and driving the execution of Services sales plan aligned with Services Market Growth Initiatives and customer business objectives.
What you will do
- Deliver financial targets of Services business, for assigned transactional customers
- Relevant industry mapping (within the assigned territory) and tapping full sales potential by using digital tools (CRM/Salesforce) and data insights
- Accelerate Services sales funnel: generate, nurture, prioritize and close sales opportunities
- Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with Tetra Pak global business strategy, market growth initiatives and Services plans
- Secure accurate Services sales forecasting for assigned transactional accounts. Ensure that the account receivable expectations are met for account
- Coordinate cross functional activities: ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer
- Portfolio Deployment: Ensure that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed and delivers a strong value proposition
- Work closely with all functions, Packaging, Processing and Services to secure sustainable business growth
Profile description:
We believe you have
- Minimum 5 years of Sales/Services/Business Development experience in Tetra Pak or externally minimum 8 years of BD experience.
- Have successful track record of generating new business
- Understanding of local market, customers and portfolio to identify opportunities
- Ability to assess and qualify leads and opportunities along all three businesses – Packaging, Services and Processing
- Arabic and English language
- Strong demonstration of Value Selling
- Being expert in stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Services portfolio, Customer Management and Processing is highly preferred
- Communication Skills
- Adherence to commercial compliance
