What You Will Do
Sales Executive, Data Centers is a key role reporting to the Senior Sales Manager. You will be based in Dubai and will be accountable for all sales activities necessary for the profitable growth of the Johnson Controls HVAC with Data Center customers.
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible to explore market opportunities, develops and implements strategies to maximize margins while increasing market share in the region. You will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your sales experience coupled with your industry knowledge in Data Centers business in GCC to deliver our business objectives for our Middle East and Africa region.
How You Will Do It
As Sales Executive you will be using your extensive knowledge about the Data Center products in the region and accordingly Develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of data center market landscape, dynamics, regulatory requirements, competition, sales channels, and market growth strategies and create plans to close the gap. You will be also responsible for Building and implementing Account Management strategies for key, target, managed, and maintained owner, consultant and contractor accounts focused on the data center industry with local sales representatives where they exist. Builds the “best at every customer” relationships through directly employed sales professionals leading to market share growth in equipment, controls and service offerings.
As a Sales Executive you will be developing programs, tools, training and on-going support to maximize the productivity and effectiveness of a data center focused sales team. You’ll embed a culture of cross functional teaming to build employee engagement and best practice sharing.
Required

- Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of sales/business development experience, within the Data Centers business focused on HVAC products within GCC region.
- Proven track record in achieving sales/business results.
- Technically proficient in Data Centers Solutions and Services.
- Has an aptitude to develop, set & execute a sales strategy and rolling sales plans.
- Ability to understand and drive your own & team performance.
- Proficient to manage & influence internal & external stakeholders across a number of different levels.
- Diligent and results driven mentality, able to continually critique and enhance performance.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills especially the ability to scrutinize data
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

Johnson Controls Sales Executive - HVAC Jobs Kuwait
What You Will Do
The Sales Executive – Install will be directly reporting to Senior Sales Manager – HVAC. You will be based in Kuwait and will be part of team responsible for generating business through selling HVAC solutions to contractors & clients and driving the growth of business for install division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on HVAC portfolio.
Based in Kuwait, the role shall emphasize in bringing in sales and installation solutions among new construction projects in Kuwait for HVAC Systems, with the growth of our market share with key and target customers in Kuwait and driving the business to a defined volume. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate business from running HVAC installation base.
How You Will Do It
As an Experienced Sales Executive you will have an understanding and knowledge of our product portfolio among HVAC solutions and you will work closely with the customers (Contractors & End clients) to meet their expectations in order to close the new opportunities.
As a Sales Executive you will develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings qualify and prioritize opportunities and maintain appropriate territory records, develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations, and perform necessary follow ups for successful closing of the sale. You will Interface effectively with operations to deliver and improve service delivery. You will liaise with finance teams to bring down AR & DSO numbers with the transacted customers. You will maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow of sales. You will be reporting progress and updating sales tools for opportunity creation and projection of forecasts with accuracy of above 95%.
You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You will be focused on growing our HVAC Equipment business in Kuwait.

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or similar field
- Minimum 9 years of sales experience focused on selling installation solutions for HVAC business within Kuwait region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales within the Kuwait market . Demonstrable network of customer, consultant and client relationships in GCC Market .
- Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers, contractors & end clients.
- Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
- Determined, results and self-driven, maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English along with presentation skills.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License
