Role Overview
We are now seeking a Client Manager Financial Services to lead our commercial strategy across the Kingdoms most influential financial institutions. You will own the end-to-end customer relationship, drive strategic growth, and deliver high-value, tailored solutions across banking, insurance, and digital financial ecosystems.
What Will You Do
- Drive Lenovos strategic positioning in Financial Services as atrusted technology and transformation partner
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, deliveringrevenue, market share, and customer satisfaction targets
- Developexecutive-level relationshipswith CXOs, building long-term trusted partnerships
- Translate client needs into compelling multi-product and services-led solutions,leveragingLenovos full portfolio

What Should You Have
- 8+ years in enterprise sales or client management, ideally withinFinancial Services or ICTin the KSA market
- Demonstrated ability toaccess and influence C-Level executivesin financial institutions
- Strongtrack recordofrevenue growth and strategic account development
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT, infrastructure, services, and digital transformation models
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, RFPs, and public-sector procurement standards
- Commercial savvy:PL awareness, deal structuring, and business case development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel within KSA and regionally

As the Leader of our PC business you will work closely with the Lenovo Product BU as well as other teams as to ensure interlock between the end-user and channel partners. You will maintain a personal relationship with customers and Lenovo partners senior management, with a clear vision of customer and Lenovo's business unit strategies to develop trusted partner status for Lenovo.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Manage the PL and business sales cycle for the PC and smart devices division as part of Lenovo's standard planning cycles.
- Collaborate with EMEA and other internal key stakeholders on annual and quarterly planning of the business, aligning on execution of Lenovo key metrics (PL, market share, PtM, Product mix, LoB expansion, strategic programmes)
- Create, implement and be accountable for the defined targets at a team and account management level on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain executive relationships both with selected end users and channel partners.
- Lead sales business planning and forecasting planning process for total and per Market (country).
- Support the sales management and account management team on the larger end customer projects.
- Implement programs for Sales Development and GTM across KSA
- Demonstrate and develop your leadership for PC and smart devicescore team for Lenovo.
What Will You Bring /Position Requirements
- 5-10 years of sales management experience and 10+ years of relevant technology sector experience
- Strong executive relationships within the PC and smart devices business
- Clear track record of success in managing complex IT solutions.
- Lead by example, set clear performance standards, provide straightforward feedback respectfully, and actively manage low contributors to improve performance.
- Positive people-orientated performance climate through listening to employees, addressing their issues, and helping employees succeed in Lenovo's matrix environment. Fosters teamwork, diversity and inclusion among all employees and the team.
- Attend meetings and activities when required internationally to support explanation of business to senior management and attend end customer/channel conferences and events.
Lenovo Partner Account Manager - GSI & SI Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
As aPartner Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing Lenovo solutions business with partners and delivering profitable growth.
What Will You Do (your Key Responsibilities)
- Develop, adapt, and execute a strategic engagement plan for partners in GSI SI.
- Help partners grow their strategic business initiatives with Lenovo solutions and services.
- Educate partners on the full benefits of the Lenovo portfolio through key communications and training activities.
- Visit partners and their end-customers to drive Lenovo solutions selling.
- Identify business opportunities, utilize a solution-selling, up-sell or cross-sellapproach, and create marketing activity plans.
- Manage business plans and quarterly business reviews, including pipeline management.
- 5+ years of experience in channel management/partner management in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of aligning reseller opportunities to distributors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated success in generating and increasing opportunities to maximize sales within the channel.
- Understanding of IT technologies and solutions, including infrastructure technologies/trends and solutions.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantag.
