The tasks that are waiting for you:
Coordinating customer inquiries, maintaining current customer relations and targeted, proactive acquisition of new customers
Project management and administration including offer making, order processing as well as project tracking
Acting as interface/Be the main point of contact between sales and several departments e.g. design, research and development, purchasing, production, after sales
Accompany the sales process from support, planning and negotiating to monitoring the sales performance
Perform market and competitor analysis, provide forecasts or determine project and revenue targets
Organization in collaboration with marketing and participation at fairs and events
Preparing reports for the general management for strategical product and application orientation
Possible competencies you will use in this area section:
Technical or commercial education e.g. successfully completed studies as an industrial engineer or as a business economist
Well-developed organizational and communication skills
Confident handling of MS Office programs or other software knowledge e.g. ERP systems
High customer orientation and a sense for customer needs
Very good written and oral language skills, advanced knowledge in English and additional foreign languages are beneficial
Negotiation skills and techniques
Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills
Excellent networking skills and ability to build strong relationships with people in different functions at all levels to work together toward common goals

Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Monitor the local competition, price levels and economic development of customers
- Expand customer base
- Improve customer relationship
- Acquire new customers and maintain customer relationship
- Assist the Sales Managers in the planning process
- Prepare and follow-up sales orders in cooperation with the Sales Managers
- Close sales contracts and follow-up until delivery
- Chase customers for payments
- Contract negotiation up to an agreement
- Execution of market and competitor analysis
- Independently tender preparation in collaboration with the technical and commercial departments
- Preparation of customer data (enquiries, orders) as required (like crane serial number, deliver address)
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Experience as a sales executive, business development manager or sales manager
- Demonstrated initiative to visualise, organise, manage and complete projects in individual and group settings
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work overtime as well as on weekends
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent proficiency in English. Arabic is a plus
