S-Chem Jobs Employee Relations Administrator - HR Operations in Saudi Arabia
Human Resources is currently looking for qualified and interested candidate to apply for the Employee Relations position.
Purpose of the role is to interprets the HR Policies and their communication to the employees. Position stands to ensure HR policies are implemented and followed in all aspects of HR practices. Moreover, it will address, employees concern for their fundamental rights in regulatory & policy context and complaints investigation.
- Interpretation of HR policies and programs in context of their implementation on ground and may provide potential feedback for change and enhancements in the current policies.
- Provide consultation services and enroll employees for applicable HR programs such as medical, insurance, retirement, bank accounts, and savings plans based on internal policies and eligibility criteria.
- Track, update and record employee quota for various benefits, allowances such as leave, annual vacation, education assistance programs and ensure accuracy of data, deduction, and timely process of the transactions in related ERP system as well as applicable filling.
- Support all levels of employee engagement lifecycle process from onboarding to off-boarding and ensure all respective process are followed accurately and timely manners such as record related to time of joining, probation period, renewal of contracts/residence permits, status change, merit increase/adjustments & exit interviews. Further ensuring the transactions in the ERP System.
- Advocate and be focal point for organizational and government regulations compliance and consultation which includes but not limited to retirement, disciplinary actions, warnings, deductions, case investigations and ensure applicable standards of record keeping and communication to the concerned functions such as, Legal, Payroll etc.
- Managing the GOSI program for addition and deletion of employees, updating employee’s salaries, and validation of GOSI invoices.
- Administrating employees travel plans; annual/part leaves, travel arrangements/mobility to airport, child seat request sand other related matters.
- Update system for all Employee Relation transactions, preparing the necessary transmittals, letters, documents attentions, business cards, updating company calendar, and other related administrative tasks.
- Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process & continuous process improvement for the area assigned.
- Performs any other relevant task as directed direct Supervisor.
- Academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resource management or Legal.
- Has +4 years of experience.
S-Chem Jobs Lead - Rotating Equipment in Saudi Arabia
Performs the routine repair corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and rectification, as well as corrective maintenance on rotating process equipment and systems, in accordance with maintenance Standard Operating Procedures. Provides in the field support and oversight to a team of Technicians to complete day to day activities.
- Must be a role model for safety and believe we can "Work safely or not at all” and embrace the Tenets of Operation as a basis for action and decision making
- Understands and promotes the concept of proactive safety, and takes personal responsibility to seek out “at risk” behaviors and conditions to positively contribute to the overall goal of zero incidents
- Coordinates workload distribution to achieve optimal employee performance/productivity to complete scheduled or emergency work activities.
- Performs plant maintenance activities work on rotating process equipment and systems.
- Performs troubleshooting and rectification on rotating process equipment and systems.
- Performs turnaround maintenance work for rotating equipment.
- Ensures daily activity logs, SAP updates, and schedule updates are being completed efficiently and accurately
- Performs testing and commissioning of new and/or modified rotating process equipment and systems.
- Applies safety procedures to ensure work activities are performed safely. Compiles with EHS systems. Ensures contractors comply with the organization’s EHS standards and practices.
- Participate in the Planning/Scheduling/OMC/Maintenance coordination meetings. Ensure the weekly schedule is completed and updates are accurately provided to Planning per agreed schedule.
- Participates in toolbox meetings prior to starting work activities.
- Performs good housekeeping in the workplace.

- To be familiar with the extrusion process and maintenance with all associated troubleshooting experience in extrusion equipment including (Main Motor, Superposition, Clutch Coupling, Gear Box, Extruder Screws & Barrels, Die Head & Plate, Screen Pack Changer, Pelletizer, Dryer, Scalping Screen, and all other related equipment)
- To have experience in Polymers Rotating Equipment such as (Blowers, Rotary Feeders, Agitators, Reactor Circulation Pumps, Diaphragm Pumps, Screw Compressors, and general rotating equipment).
- To be familiar with Bagging Lines and Packaging Equipment Maintenance activities.
- To have previous Experience in Extruder and Gear Box Overhauling.
- To have Experience in SAP roles.
- To have excellent leadership skills and familiarity with KPI’s and Planning requirements.
- Academic background includes a minimum of Diploma degree
- 10+ years of related experience preferably in petrochemical sector
