Summary:
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Support in clearing outstanding (ensure no bad debts).
- Prepare offers, tenders, and all applicable documentation in line with company standards.
- Prepare and follows up on offers, tenders and all applicable documentation until orders are secured.
- Manage key accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Job Summary:
EBS Business Partner (EBSBP) has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units or functional area for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
Position Responsibilities:
- Proactively serves as the primary EBS point of contact and escalation for the assigned TASNEE Strategic Business Unit/s (SBU/s).
- Partners with business managements and other key stakeholders to:
- Identify opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of SBUs through the smart adoption of EBS technology as well as to; Prioritize projects based on business case criteria such as alignment to group priorities, return on investment, impact on productivity, compliance … etc.
- Provides regular updates to SBUs managements regarding their business requests and projects.
- Works in conjunction with EBS Supply teams to deliver EBS solutions that meet the needs of the SBUs and that are aligned to business strategy information security risk management and governance programs.
- Avoids duplication of effort/cost by leveraging other SBUs services and solutions.
- Works alongside with EBS teams to deliver new EBS solutions and ensure solution compatibility with company standards.
- Works to maximize the positive impact of new EBS solutions on the Business.
- Works closely with business functional area management to understand needs, analyze business and technical options, and oversee delivery of cost-effective EBS solutions.
- Manages service level agreements (SLAs) for EBS Services, projects, and enhancements delivery.
- Collaborate with SBU's management to develop CAPEX for an approved EBS services and projects.
- Create and analyze relevant information and develop recommendations that they present to senior management.
- Partners with SBU's heads to create strategic business plan.
- Identifies, screens, and evaluates new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in management information system (MIS) / Equivalent major.
- Minimum of 5 years within Information Technology field.
