Job Introduction:
A storekeeper is responsible for managing and organizing the spare parts storage, ensuring accurate control of spare parts and materials, and maintaining proper stock records. Adhering the Safety, Environment, and Quality instructions and standards. Support daily operations and work closely with all departments while ensuring security and cleanliness of the stock at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all the time he respect all Safety, Environment and Quality instructions set by the company management.
- Responsible for operating the technical store.
- Control spare parts and technical stock items issued against store requisitions and reception against delivery notes.
- Assist in loading or unloading material/s or equipment/s as required.
- Assist in maintaining the stock control.
- Keep the Technical Store clean and organize at all times.
- Collaborate closely with all workers of various departments.
- Prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the Technical Store.
- Ensure the accuracy of quality and quantity of technical materials and spare parts in accordance with the orders placed.
- Fully respect and carefully record all daily, weekly, monthly checklists set by his section head.
- Actively support all management programs in Continuous Improvement, regular audits and improvement team formation.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Technical \ Supply Chain or related majors from a reputed entity.
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical field.
- Experience in issuing materials, ordering, and quality control of technical stock items.
- Key Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety and hygienic engineering (OSH&R).
- Knowledge in quality control of technical stock items and spare parts.

Americana Foods Warehouse Supervisor (Saudization) Jobs in Jeddah ,Makkah Saudi Arabia
Job Introduction:
overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of the staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations which include, loading/unloading the goods, receiving orders, sorting inventory, put away, picking, and inventory control.
- Leading by example in the implementation of the procedures and best practices of warehouse operations and making sure that its well comprehended and consistently followed.
- Drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.
- Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures.
- Measure and report KPIs and operational metrics to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or any relevant field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a supervisory warehouse role within FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skill, leadership, and conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software
- Arabic and English communication.
