About the team
Careem Express is a new vertical within the Careem ecosystem – a startup within a startup. We are responsible for fulfillment and last mile delivery for hundreds of merchants in a variety of industries including e-commerce, food, grocery and other areas. We are a small and passionate team that is building the next big vertical for Careem. Account managers are at the core of Careem Express. They are our face to clients and we rely on them to provide an amazing merchant experience by building strong relationship, addressing issues quickly and using data insights to add value. They are responsible for growing demand in a sustainable way.

Sales Manager - Logistics
What you'll do
- Business development - Acquire new accounts (prospecting, targeting, pitching, contract negotiations, go-live)
- Build the optimal sales strategy to ensure maximum lead generation and conversion
- Achieve monthly GMV targets through onboarding new merchants
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders
- Commercial understanding and handling negotiation with clients
- Coordinate with operations / logistics team internally for costing to make sure that the pitches are made at the right commercials
- Coordinate with Legal internally for contract closures
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of sales/Commercial management experience from food and non food aggregator, Ecommerce or on-demand logistics industry
- High performer – track record of generating revenue for businesses

Careem BIKE (a Careem Vertical) is now in Madinah KSA - introducing the first public network of electric bicycles and scooters. The Careem BIKE stations in Medina advance Saudi Arabia’s sustainability agenda which is being delivered through Vision 2030 and the Saudi Green Initiative. What You'll Do
- An Operations Supervisor looks after the Field Team’s performance, efficiency and productivity and provides essential and critical reports related to the people, operations and overall Network Condition to Operations Manager, Engineers and Management team - ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis.
- Conducts training. Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures
- Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Minimum 4-6 years previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role
- KSA Driving license
- Experience with bicycle and sustainability transportation advocacy
- Affinity for IT solutions and app based services
- Excellent communications skills including cross cultural skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Love of bicycles and understanding of the bike sharing industry
- Ability to identify priorities and execute critical tasks under deadlines
- Highly organized and process oriented

Operations Associate - Logistics
About The Team
The Supply team at Careem is the driving force behind our Captain community, focusing on engagement, onboarding, and delivering operational excellence on the ground. We work closely with Captains to resolve issues, manage key programs like Super Captains, and ensure a high-quality experience that fuels the growth of the Careem platform. This fully field-based team plays a critical role in strengthening our presence and performance in the market.
What You'll Do
- Onboard and activate new Captains.
- Distribute SWAG and maintain distribution records.
- Provide real-time, on-ground support to resolve Captain issues.
- Conduct field checks for compliance with standards.
- Manage and coach Super Captains.
- Support Captain engagement and communication.
- Monitor competitors and share insights.
- Assist with product rollouts and pilot tests.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets
- Strong passion for improving lives through operational excellence and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Confident and proactive communicator with a hands-on approach.
- Good technical literacy and familiarity with mobile apps and reporting tools.
- Prior experience in field operations, logistics, or ride-hailing services is a strong advantage.
