About the Role:

As a Client Success Specialist at Kliq, you will be a key player in building strong, lasting relationships with our early adopters in the Saudi Arabia market. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve significant value from our platform, driving adoption, identifying growth opportunities, proactively addressing their needs, and serving as their champion within Kliq. You will also work closely with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new clients. Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the Business Development team to onboard new clients onto Kliq’s platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition. This includes guiding clients through the platform's features, best practices, and initial setup.
  • Account Growth: Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Develop and execute strategies for upsells, cross-sells, and ensuring long-term account retention within the market.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with our clients, providing strategic advice, consistent support, and a deep understanding of their unique needs and the local market landscape.
  • Retention Strategy: Proactively address any issues or concerns, implement effective solutions, and collaborate closely with internal teams to minimize churn and build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • A strong customer-first mindset with a proven ability to align business strategy to client needs, particularly within the Saudi Arabia market.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, communication or a related field.

  • Experience in account management, customer success, or sales, with a track record of achieving retention or sales goals. Experience within the Saudi Arabia market is highly desirable.
  • Strategic and creative thinking to uncover growth opportunities and address challenges unique to the Saudi Arabia business environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis for decision-making and strategy development.

Responsibilities:
