Events Manager - KSA

Join the Cisco KSA Marketing Team, where we are passionate about creating exceptional event experiences in the country. We manage sponsorships, plan in-house events, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive brand visibility and customer engagement. As part of a fast-growing team at the forefront of innovation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Cisco KSA engages with the community. Your Impact 

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving KSA event strategy and execution, ensuring we create engaging experiences that amplify our brand and drive business outcomes.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Plan and execute first party flagship events, including logistics, budgets, and vendor management. 
  • Manage third-party event sponsorships to optimize brand awareness and ROI. 
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align event strategies with company goals. 
  • Develop and track event KPIs to continuously improve attendee experiences and engagement. 
  • Build and manage calendar of events for KSA

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in event management, including planning, execution, and sponsorship coordination. 
  • Proven experience with third-party sponsorships and managing event logistics. 
  • Experience negotiating with vendors and managing event budgets effectively. 
  • Experience in Mega events in KSA like Leap and Black Hat. 
  • English and Arabic Speaker

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tech events. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to develop contingency plans and troubleshoot issues during events. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Distribution Account Manager

Meet the Team 

You will be joining an established channel sales team who are highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and with a passion for driving new opportunities to expand Cisco’s market share. The Sales organization comprises of enterprise, commercial and Public Sector segments. We innovate, support and complete the MEA, EMEA and WW vision to drive accelerated and profitable business growth.

Your Impact 

As a Distribution Account Manager you will:

  • Drive the strategic growth of the distributors in-line with a development plans
  • Development and tracking of annual business plans covering sales initiatives and incentives, training and activities for distributors to meet shared targets. 
  • Identify gaps and derive strategy to transform Cisco velocity GTM via distribution channels. 
  • Provide account management for our distributors acting as their central contact daily, managing and representing all ongoing initiatives and plans with the account. 
  • Handle forecasts & pipeline development on a weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis
  • Drive technical & sales readiness within distribution - provide sales program training and awareness. 
  • Implement marketing & market development plans with assigned distributors
  • Communicate programs, promotions to Distribution sales teams and analyze usage trends
  • Own planning, target setting, deployment and closure of Distribution Profitability Programs
  • Collaborate & create multi-level relationships - both internal and external that support distributor and channel success
  • Lead the development of distributor -led business initiatives within the open channel space and small to medium business sector . 
  • Mange and analyze distributor and channel data to meet daily operational requirements effectively. 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing activity plan, monitoring progress to optimize return on investment. 
Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in channel sales or account sales within industry. 
  • Prior experience in account planning and bringing sales strategies to life. 
  • Proven experience in developing relationship with senior stakeholders up to executive C-level. 
  • Able to demonstrate experience in delivering presentation to key internal and external personnel. 
  • Must be based in KSA already and be fluent in Arabic.
