Job Description
About the Role:

As the Sales Manager – Corporate, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the acquisition, development, and retention of corporate business accounts. You will represent the property with confidence and professionalism, build long-term client relationships, and position the hotel as a preferred destination for business travelers and corporate events. This role is ideal for a Saudi National with strong market knowledge and a passion for luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts to achieve revenue targets. 
  • Identify new business opportunities within the local and regional corporate sectors. 
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections. 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to penetrate key corporate segments. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business. 
  • Negotiate contracts, manage RFPs, and ensure timely follow-up and conversion. 
  • Work closely with other departments (Events, Front Office, Reservations) to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and performance using CRM tools. 
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the hotel and generate leads. 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis as requested by the Director of Sales. 

Qualifications

  •  with a solid understanding of the local business culture, government landscape, and hospitality sector regulations to build strong partnerships and drive commercial success. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in corporate sales, preferably in the luxury hotel or hospitality sector
  • Strong knowledge of the local Saudi market and corporate business landscape
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce, etc.)

Job Description
About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Front Office Manager (Saudi National) to lead the front office operations and ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong operational know-how, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering luxury service in line with the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front office operations, including reception, guest services, concierge, and bell desk. 
  • Lead, motivate, and train the front office team to deliver exceptional service and personalized guest experiences. 
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in/check-out process, with attention to detail and efficiency. 
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly. 
  • Manage daily room inventory, reservations, and front office scheduling in collaboration with other departments. 
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and company policies. 
  • Prepare and analyze departmental reports (occupancy, guest satisfaction, operational KPIs). 
  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Sales to ensure overall operational excellence. 
  • Foster a culture of warm hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. 
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required. 
Qualifications

  • Saudi National with a strong passion for delivering luxury hospitality and impeccable guest experiences. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of front office experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Protel, or similar)
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment is highly preferred
