Client is looking to hire a HR Executive for their team at Al-Hasa.
Client is looking for an ideal candidate who will manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, training coordination, and payroll support to ensure smooth HR operations aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate recruitment efforts for technical and non-technical positions (e.g., panel builders, electrical engineers, design engineers, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage offer letters.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
2. HR Operations & Employee Relations:
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, timesheets, etc.)
- Handle employee queries related to policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Support resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement.
3. Training & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical and soft skills training programs.
- Maintain training records and monitor effectiveness.
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, ..etc.
- Assist in audits and maintain all necessary documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

The client is headquartered in Saudi Arabia and is looking to hire a Management Accountant for their team at Dammam.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts finalizing
- Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts
- Managing VAT Returns filings
- Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
- Undertake financial audits
- Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise.
- Managing company overheads and Accounts payable.
- Manage relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities
- Maintaining records & safe keeping of organization confidential matters.

- Coordinating with auditor for financial submission, VAT, Corporate Tax
