Gulf Mountain Contracting Co. is a growing name in the contracting industry, delivering reliable solutions in infrastructure, construction, and industrial services across Saudi Arabia. We are now looking to scale our operations and expand our portfolio by acquiring high-value projects and building long-term partnerships.
We’re hiring a Business Development & Sales Manager who can bring in new business, close major deals, and drive our revenue growth in both public and private sectors.
- Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities in contracting and industrial service sectors.
- Build a strong pipeline of B2B clients and government project leads through strategic outreach and networking.
- Develop, pitch, and negotiate project proposals and service agreements.
- Collaborate closely with estimating and technical teams to prepare accurate bids.
- Track tenders, prequalifications, and project announcements to secure Gulf Mountain’s presence early.
- Lead contract negotiation and closure for projects ranging from SAR 1M to SAR 20M+.
- Report weekly/monthly performance, targets, and forecasting to top management.
- Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the contracting or construction industry in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and close high-value contracts (minimum SAR 5M annually).
- Strong network of contacts with consultants, developers, and government entities is a must.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—both in English and Arabic are an advantage.
- Understanding of the local regulatory, tendering, and procurement process.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Within the first 3 months: A healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Within 6 months: At least one project or major service agreement successfully closed.
- Within 12 months: A minimum of SAR 5–10 million in secured revenue through your direct efforts.
