Sales Coordinator

- Coordinate with team for documentation requirements
- Close coordination with Sales & Support functions for month closing activities
- Maintaining CRM database
- Preparation of Advance Tax Proforma & LC documents
- Manage the Internal Approval process for sales support activities
- Quotations, Sales, Bookings, Backlog, Stock reports & analysis
- Work Experience with Sales & Operations team
- Familiar with SAP Systems/CRM & MS office
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in the same or similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and Computer skills
- Proficiency in English & Arabic
- Communication skills
- Customer focus oriented
- Analytical skills
