Sales Coordinator

• Coordinate with team for documentation requirements
• Close coordination with Sales & Support functions for month closing activities
• Maintaining CRM database
• Preparation of Advance Tax Proforma & LC documents
• Manage the Internal Approval process for sales support activities
• Quotations, Sales, Bookings, Backlog, Stock reports & analysis

• Work Experience with Sales & Operations team
• Familiar with SAP Systems/CRM & MS office
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in the same or similar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player and Computer skills
• Proficiency in English & Arabic
• Communication skills
• Customer focus oriented
• Analytical skills
