Sales Executive (Power Tools)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Power Tools industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of power tools sales experience in Qatar, preferably in power tools or related industries. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the power tools sector in Qatar.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and distributors to ensure long-term business success.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of power tools, accessories, and their applications across different industries.
- Market Research: Analyze customer requirements, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends to identify business opportunities.
- Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate proposals, quotes, and tenders in line with customer needs and company policies.
- Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals with profitable terms while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Qatar, preferably in power tools, industrial equipment, or related fields.
- Driving License: A valid Qatari driving license is required, as the role involves frequent travel to client sites.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of power tools, industrial machinery, and related technical products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Customer-Oriented: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to handle negotiations and close sales effectively.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Qatar Experience: Familiarity with the local market, business culture, and customer base in Qatar.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with power tools brands such as Bosch, Makita, DeWalt, Hilti, etc.
Knowledge of Qatar’s industrial, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
