Modern Trade Sales Manager Şölen Jobs in Riyad,Saudi Arabia

With a production capacity of 330,000 tons annually and over 3,000 employees, Solen has two highly technology driven manufacturing facilities in Gaziantep and Istanbul, adhering to Industry 4.0 standards. Renowned for its innovation and high-quality products, Solen’s award-winning brands include Biscolata, Milango, Amada, Ozmo, Boombastic, Luppo, Papita, and Nutymax. In the light of its expansion strategy in the Saudi Arabia, Şölen is looking for a "Head of Modern Trade Sales Manager” reporting to the Country Head. A brief job description of the position and the qualifications for suitable candidates are described below.

What Are the Qualifications We Expect?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years in FMCG in KSA, managing Nationwide Modern Trade Customers i.e Panda, Othaim, Tamimi, Lulu etc. managed listing, BDA implementation, trade negotiations, experienced in team management and proven record of growth in sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Self-motivated, analytic and organized.
  • Ability to set and execute business strategies, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong planning, reporting and analytical skills.
  • Strong Communication skills with problem solving mentality.

What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

  • Develop & implement sales & distribution plans in line with Solen strategy in Modern Trade Saudi Arabia.
  • Establish sustainable relations with key customers, drive negotiations, meet and achieve company objectives.
  • Manage operational aspect of the business by liaising with Solen and customers’ category marketing and supply chain teams, and ensuring availability of products as per customers’ demand.
  • Make sure on-time payments made by the customers.
  • Build Joint Business Plans with each customer in line with Solen marketing plan and brand key performance objectives.
  • Help designing monthly, quarterly and annual promo plans to drive sales and distribution in cooperation with the customers.
  • Review performance of the key customers via sales and distribution reports.
