Sr Account Manager Honeywell Jobs in Doha, Qatar

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Senior Account Manager to be based in Qatar. In this role, you will act as the primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with a specific customer or customers. You will understand the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that Honeywell brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes. Dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value Honeywell brings to that specific customer at all levels of the customer’s organization.

Responsibilities
Business Relationships:

  • Develop and sustain long term customer relationships 
  •  Establish these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization 
  •  Early engagement in the customer buying process diagnosing customers needs and tailoring solutions to match 
  •  Quarterly results and long-term account goals 
  •  Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account 
  •  Manage and build customer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador, “trusted advisor” and advocate: Focal point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans, proposal strategies, contract negotiations, etc. 
  •  Drives sales campaign and LOB strategic initiatives Customers: 
  •  Industrial customers in the process industries including, technical buyers, economic buyers, executives. Customers at all levels in an organization including executive level decision makers 
  •  Pursue growth through regular face to face meetings and winning new customers to enlarge the assigned customer base 
  •  business results for Honeywell. Leads peers by influence to ensure coordination and support to pursue orders 
  •  Pole Sales leadership (VP Sales global and Pole; Regional Sales directors; Regional Sales Managers) 
  •  HPS (Honeywell Process Solutions) lines of business professionals and managers and support functions 
  •  Frequent travel across the country is required (35% of the time) 

Qualifications

  • Experience in solution Sale (automation industry) 
  •  Proven track record of success in the industry/business environment 
  •  Experience in building and maintaining relations at customers (different levels) 
  •  Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning 
  •  Marketing and project management experience desirable 
  •  Previous working experience in a complex organization 
  •  Understand the value proposition of Honeywell and all the company has to offer 
  •  Good knowledge of commercial terms, contract terms, etc. 
  •  Exceptional knowledge of internal sales process and systems required to provide superb customer service

As a Senior Sales Manager at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and providing strategic insights to senior management.Skill required:

  • Understand refining, petrochemical and gas market, business and compeititon.
  • Strong understanding of refining, PC and gas process technologies and UOP offers inclding products, process and solutions.
• Strong engagment with UPT Sales Director to prioirtze projects and set sales strategy
• Strategize with UPT , LST and Service Director on a regular basis to obtain the support required for the region to meets their financial objectives.
• Develop a comprehensive STRAP for your accounts and execute the plan accordningly to meet set targets.
• Meet or exceed the annual UPT order targets of the applicable sales region and offerings.
• Manage the 18 month forecast in SFDC, work with Credit & Collections to maintian past dues in line with Company targets
• Manage a team of projects Sales for the applicable sales region.
• Understand refining, petrochemical and gas market, business and compeititon.
• Strong understanding of refining, PC and gas process technologies and UOP offers inclding products, process and solutions.
• Drive the New business and ensure Offerings Model Success
• Personal engagment with clients in the region to influce decision makers and sell UOP processes, prodcuts, services and solution. Set UOP as a aprefered technology partner to clients in the region
• Personal engagment in promoting, negotiating and closing delas.
• Roll the individual account plans up into your applicable regional strategy for Middle East in conjunction with the ME Marketing Manager and UPT Sales Director.
• Drive cadence with team to move opportunities through the pipepline.
• Build strong team: hirining, training sales force, coaching and mentor sales force team members in the application of PSS skills, use of Miller-Heiman blue sheet, Value Proprosal Selling and Solution/Outcome Selling.
• Support Individual's Growth Objective plan by driving the UPT process through the usage of SFDC.About Us
