we believe every guest journey begins with a promise. As our Sales Executive, you'll be the storyteller who transforms leads into loyal guests. With a flair for connection and a drive for results, you’ll showcase the elegance of our brand, tailor unforgettable experiences, and elevate every interaction into an invitation to return.
- Implement sales activities for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) to meet goals set in the Sales & Marketing Plan.
- Solicit and serve local/international corporate accounts, generating and maintaining customer relationships through various sales activities.
- Optimise banquet and meetings revenues through proactive sales calls and coordination with the F&B department.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products, rates, and promotions, including those of competitors.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on changing market conditions to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Ensure timely response to business requests (within 24 hours) and adhere to Accor Hotels Sales & Marketing Policies and Standard Operational Procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to maximise sales opportunities and ensure excellent client servicing.
- Represent the hotel professionally at major events and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and conduct.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales position, preferably at 5 stars hotel
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understands the local culture and have worked in the region
- Good communication skills
- Fluence in other language is an advantage
