Manager - NIO NEOM Jobs in Saudi Arabia
We seek an experienced attorney to represent NEOM’s values and protect its interests by providing primary support in relation to project finance, corporate finance, capital markets and other financing-related transactions. The role requires all manner of contractual expertise as this hire will help to broaden the skills offerings of an agile and growing team. Leadership skills, strong technical expertise and expert relationship management will be critical for the successful applicant.
- Support the Transactions (Finance) team in NEOM Company’s legal department in relation to a variety of transactional matters.
- Review contracts and policies and provide related legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Draft agreements and ancillary documents and negotiate them with external stakeholders.
- Assist and support others in the legal department by providing advice, training and guidance relating to your areas of expertise.
- Work efficiently with outside counsel, proactively liaising among them and various stakeholders to add value.
- Be a multi-tasker who can handle multiple legal workstreams and consistently meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
- Provide additional services and advice as needed.
The Manager Finance responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Experience working as a lawyer in a prominent role on a variety of large-scale financing transactions.
- Experience working on energy, water, and construction/infrastructure projects and joint ventures a plus
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.

Senior Manager - Real Estate NEOM Jobs in Saudi Arabia
We are searching for an experienced real estate attorney to represent NEOM values and protect its interest by providing legal support to NEOM Co. on its challenging and innovative real estate projects. This role requires all manner of real estate, land and property related expertise as this hire will help to broaden the skills of an agile and growing L&C team. Leadership skills, strong technical expertise, flexibility, timeliness and accuracy, and expert relationship management will be critical for the successful applicant.
- Build relationships with the business to become a trusted advisor
- Collaborate effectively with outside counsel, serving as the primary internal liaison on real estate matters
- Provide relevant expertise and assurance to relevant teams on drafting and negotiating contracts and providing legal advisory support on various requirements
- Analyze and communicate legal advice with respect to Project related queries
- Ideally, be able to advise on environmental law, planning, corporate structuring, investment management and disputes, as required
- Support the Legal & Compliance Department function by taking the lead on Projects transactions and the related documents, reviews and discussions
- Engage in drafting and negotiating diverse types of agreements and ancillary documents, primarily based on NEOM templates
- Assist and support others within the legal department by providing advice, training, and/or guidance
- Provide other legal services and advice to the company as needed
- Extensive proven experience managing large and complex Projects transactions
- Experience in Projects development throughout all its phases: planning, execution, and post-completion

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
