SR. COMMERCIAL PLANNER (PLANNING) QatarEnergyJobs in Doha, Qatar

• Prepare for superintendent review, the long-term annual volumes forecast of the assigned venture(s) for the annual Business Plan / Budget exercise, and the monthly update thereof.
• Formulate LNG annual delivery programme (ADP) scenarios for certain assigned ventures for superintendent approval and proposal to LNG Buyers.
• Support line management in ADP negotiations with the relevant LNG Buyers by preparing all ADP correspondence; supporting analyses and other material.
• Maintain the ADPs, via 90-day schedules, for each of the LNG contracts as required in the LNG Sales and Purchase Agreements or Confirmation Notices to ensure contractual compliance and satisfy customer requirements.
• Coordinate daily LNG production and forecast with Asset Managers to ensure year end targets are met.
• Provide functional input into the development of Implementation Procedures, LNG Sales and Purchase Agreements, Confirmation Notices, MSPA’s.

• 8 years oil and gas operational or business development experience in a major facility comprising at least 3 years in supply chain/logistics functions.
• Experience of logistics of marine transportation of hydrocarbon products.
• Good awareness of commercial and contractual aspects of the oil and gas industry.

• Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder, multi-cultural environment facing differing and changing constraints, often under significant time pressure.
• Good analytical skills including economic analysis; and verbal-reasoning skills.
• Good spreadsheet and modelling skills.
• Good English writing and presentation skills.
• Good working familiarity with standard software applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Economics.

SR. MARKETER (LPG) QatarEnergy Jobs in Doha, Qatar

Origination, marketing and sales (or purchase) of petroleum products representing the front face for QEM to global clients.

• At least 10-12 years of professional work experience with 8 - 10 years of experience in petroleum commodity marketing, trading and/or sales management, customer relationship management and managing/directing commercial operations. Preferably with a mid to large size organization in the energy industry.
• Marketing and trading of petroleum commodities, sales and client-relationship management must be demonstrated in previous jobs and/or assignments. 
• Value-add contributions through marketing and trading must be demonstrated in previous jobs and/or assignments.
• Customer service / client-relationship focus role must be demonstrated in previous jobs and/or assignments.
• Experience in origination of new clients and/or markets.
• Experience in commercial risk and risk management.
• Experience in financial controls and business controls.
• Experience in commercial agreement negotiations and implementation. 
• Expert in products’ qualities and value in quality differences.
• Innovative skills in finding solutions to meet clients’ commercial demands and to find new means to extract additional value.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of international the Oil and Gas industry.
• Knowledge of product value chain and areas in commercial agreements where further value can be extracted and where value must be protected.
