Job Description
  • As a Client Delivery Manager, you will be the senior face of Endava to our clients — responsible for shaping engagements, overseeing delivery, and building trusted long-term relationships. You’ll partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and help them succeed through impactful digital solutions, while ensuring that delivery remains efficient, scalable, and commercially sound.
  • You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, delivery leadership, and client engagement. While you’ll be accountable for the end-to-end success of delivery outcomes, you’ll also act as a strategic advisor and relationship builder, identifying ways to deepen our impact and expand our partnership within the client’s business.
  • This role requires a strong blend of delivery oversight, commercial awareness, and cultural fluency — particularly in navigating the expectations and relationship dynamics within the Saudi Arabian market.
Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Relationship Management 
  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders. 
  • Understand local business culture and adapt your communication and working style accordingly. 
  • Lead account planning and strategic discussions that align Endava’s capabilities with client goals. 
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth by aligning with evolving client needs. 
End-to-End Delivery Oversight 
  • Ensure all projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. 
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the entire software delivery lifecycle — from discovery and planning through to implementation and post-release support. 
  • Monitor portfolio health, risks, and resource alignment to ensure delivery success
Leadership and Team Management 
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to project managers and delivery leads across your client portfolio. 
  • Champion team engagement, growth, and cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Build a culture of trust, performance, and accountability within and across teams. 
Governance, Risk, and Financial Accountability 
  • Introduce and manage appropriate governance models to maintain transparency, mitigate risk, and support informed decision-making. 
  • Own financial performance across the account — including budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets. 
  • Balance the needs of the client with internal delivery sustainability and commercial goals. 
 Agile and Process Excellence
  • Promote Agile delivery principles and modern delivery practices across your engagements. 
  • Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation within teams. 
Qualifications

Experience:
  • 10+ years in delivery leadership, consulting, or account management roles — ideally within a digital agency or technology services environment. 
  • Delivery Ownership:
  • Proven track record of leading the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, from early discovery through to launch and post-release optimisation. 
  • Client-Centric Approach:
  • Ability to build deep relationships with clients, understand their business, and influence senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility. 
  • Commercial Acumen:
  • Strong experience managing budgets, delivery forecasts, and account profitability. 
  • Strategic Thinking:
  • Ability to spot opportunities for growth and position Endava as a long-term strategic partner. 
Industry Background:
  • Experience in financial services or banking is highly desirable. 
  • Agile Capability:
  • Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks. 
  • Cultural Awareness:
  • Experience working in or with clients in the Middle East, preferably within Saudi Arabia. 
Soft Skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Composure and professionalism in high-pressure or ambiguous environments. 
  • Excellent communicator who can tailor messaging to technical and business audiences.

Global Mobility Specialist

Job Description

Role Overview

The Global Mobility Specialist is responsible for delivering operational support and coordination across a range of global mobility activities. This role will work closely with various internal teams including Tax, Finance, and People functions, as well as external providers, to support compliant and smooth employee mobility experiences. The Specialist ensures adherence to mobility policies, assists with compliance tracking, and contributes to process improvements and education across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform global mobility activities in line with organizational policy and compliance standards.
  • Provide input and support for business projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Tax, Finance, and People teams.
  • Support the implementation of new country- or region-specific mobility regulations, under guidance from senior team members.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and onboarding for new members of the Global Mobility team.
  • Communicate mobility-related updates and compliance impacts to colleagues in other functions.
  • Investigate and support resolution of complex compliance situations, working in conjunction with internal and external parties (e.g., Tax, Legal, external vendors).
  • Help ensure that mobility policies are understood and followed across the business; flag potential policy enhancements based on employee and stakeholder feedback.
  • Monitor compliance status of employee transfers in collaboration with the Tax department and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Keep abreast of developments and trends within the global mobility industry for personal development and to inform best practices.
  • Provide support for policy interpretation and assist with complex mobility cases.
  • Coordinate with external mobility providers to ensure deliverables are met and billing aligns with agreed terms.
  • Participate in change or improvement projects related to global mobility as assigned.
  • Carry out additional duties or project work as directed by the line manager.
Qualifications
  • University-level education is required.
  • Strong IT proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and working knowledge of HR databases.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a Global Mobility role, with five years' total experience in HR or a related field.
  • General understanding of international employment, immigration, taxation, and social security matters.
  • Experience with external vendor management on an operational level.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across departments and geographies.
  • Experience supporting project delivery or process improvements is a plus.
  • Professional, diplomatic, and capable of working with individuals at all levels of the organization.
