 Activités 

The Trading Branches of TotalEnergies (TGP and T&S) have established a dedicated Innovation Lab for Trading (TILT), a service with the goal to foster the innovation mindset and drive transformation, innovation & digital projects in the trading sector. TILT is an internal and transverse accelerator of projects and technology adoption across the whole range of trading activities, inspired by intrapreneurial and start-up practices. We aim at transforming ideas into business opportunities, accelerating innovation, digital transformation, and transverse collaboration. We transmit innovation knowledge and foster new ideas through plenary talks, workshops, and short courses, facilitate ideation and accompany innovation projects through the launch phase.

You will work within the TILT Innovation Lab, which collaborates with the full range of departments across the TGP and T&S organization, innovation entities of other TotalEnergies branches and external technology and innovation partners. During this internship, you will handle the daily activities in the innovation lab, as well as building the community and services.

As an Engagement Coordinator, you will play an important role in fostering a culture of innovation within our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
  •  Designing, Planning, and Executing Events and Workshops: 
  •  Co-Develop and implement a comprehensive calendar of events, workshops, and upskilling opportunities focused on innovation, digital tools, and AI
  •  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and secure speakers, facilitators, and experts for various events. 
  •  Ensure the smooth execution of events, including logistics, participant engagement, and post-event evaluations. 
  •  Create and manage programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees, notably in the areas of innovation approaches, digital tools, and AI. 
  •  Coordinate training sessions, webinars, and other learning opportunities to support continuous professional development. 
  •  Communication and Engagement: 
  •  Develop effective communication strategies to promote innovation initiatives and events within the organization. 
  •  Create engaging content for internal newsletters, web pages, and social media platforms to highlight ongoing innovation projects and success stories. 
  •  Foster a sense of community and collaboration among employees by organizing networking events and forums for sharing ideas and best practices. 
  •  Innovation Lab Operations: 
  •  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Innovation Lab, ensuring it remains a vibrant and productive space for creativity and experimentation. 
  •  Maintain and manage lab equipment and resources, ensuring they are readily available for use during events and workshops. 
 Profil du candidat 
  •  In the course of higher education in a field related to Innovation, Business and/or Communications. 
  •  You are proactive, service oriented, and rigorous with an affinity for digital tools 
  •  You can work well in a team, but also autonomously and have strong communication skills. 
  •  English essential, french is a strong advantage. 
A tri-partite internship agreement is mandatory

Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for our sales operations team due to internal promotions and team growth to head support company site growth.

You will provide exceptional administrative support to our busy sales team by providing quotations for new and existing customers to assist in our growth. The role will provide administrative support and Build and maintain strong relationships with their assigned portfolio of customers.

Working closely and ensuring excellent communication and coordination with the other sales support teams to provide a seamless experience for the customers (internal and external) including business-critical processes such as registrations

This role will allow someone to take the next step in their sales career and work for a leading energy supplier. There is a clearly defined career progression path into sales relationship manager.

About you

Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in fast paced environment. Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail.

Role Details:
  • Salary: Up to £31,017
  • Bonus: Up to 20% up to £6,203 payable at the end of the contract 
  • Location: KT20 6RP - Agile working after 3 months - Office-based during induction and Training
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 at home
  • Contract type: 12 month contract

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships
  • Attend external visits to consultants with Sales Account Managers when required.
  • Produce and dispatch contracts through to Signing.
  • Process tenders
  • Update and maintain various logs including the contract management system, tender logs.
  • Produce and run various reports required by the Sales team/the customer.
Requirements and Skills:
  • To provide full operational support for the Sales teams.
  • Ensure sales are correctly processed by liaising with internal departments and managing despatch of contracts & documentation.
  • Prepare reports for Account Managers, handle customer calls, and generally assist in the smooth running of the Operations team function.
  • To ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job role
