B2B Account Manager - Uber Shuttle 

About The Role

Uber Shuttle is seeking a strategic and highly motivated Account Manager to join our B2B team.

This is more than just a client management role. it's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor and a key driver of growth. You'll partner directly with our shuttle clients, providing expert consultation to optimize their operations and strengthen our relationships. By identifying new opportunities and driving upsells, you will directly influence our B2B success and help our partners achieve their business goals. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where your expertise will have a measurable impact.

What The Candidate Will Do
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B shuttle clients. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with Uber Shuttle's services. 
  •  Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting regular business reviews with clients to showcase the value Uber Shuttle is providing and to identify new areas for improvement. 
  •  Working directly with clients to analyze their shuttle operations, identify inefficiencies, and provide consultative solutions to improve their service. This might involve suggesting new routes, adjusting schedules, or leveraging Uber's technology to enhance the rider and administrator experience. 
  •  Working with internal teams like Operations, Product, and Sales to solve client issues, provide feedback, and ensure a seamless service delivery. 
What The Candidate Will Need
  •  Experience: Minimum of 3 years of validated experience in Account Management or any customer-facing roles within the Saudi market 
  •  Business Acumen: A solid understanding of B2B business models and the ability to connect Uber Shuttle's services to a client's broader business objectives. 
  •  Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively build relationships, present data, and negotiate with clients. 
  •  Preferred Qualifications
  •  Industry Experience: Previous experience in a relevant field such as logistics, transportation, or mobility. 
  •  Consultative Sales Experience: A proven track record of not just managing accounts, but actively providing strategic recommendations and identifying upsell opportunities. 
  •  Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in using data to tell a story and make compelling business cases. This could include experience with tools like Google Sheets, Tableau, or other platforms.
