About the Roles
Supervisor & Team Leader –
As a Supervisor & Team Leader at Gymshark, you will be vital in helping to maintain the vibe that our family feel online, IRL. You will ensure excellent customer service through effectively managing the department team; controlling and monitoring department operations including merchandising and stock control in order to achieve the department target.
Sales Advisor –
You ensure that our community has the most incredible Gymshark experience. Working with your team, you will bring a welcoming and positive energy to all those who visit. You will build authentic connections with visitors to your store, helping to educate them about conditioning sharing excellent product knowledge, operational best practice you will offer a best-in-class service, helping our community to shop how they want, and when they want.
Visual Merchandiser –
As a Visual Merchandiser at Gymshark, you’ll bring our brand story to life through powerful and inspiring displays. You’ll make sure every product, mannequin, and layout reflects Gymshark’s energy, community, and performance-driven spirit. Your eye for detail and passion for creativity will help deliver a best-in-class in-store experience that motivates and excites every visitor.
Cashier –
As a Cashier at Gymshark, you’ll be the final connection in delivering an unforgettable experience for our community. You’ll handle transactions efficiently, ensure smooth operations at the till, and bring positive, authentic energy to every interaction. With your friendly approach and attention to detail, you’ll help our visitors leave the store feeling valued, inspired, and ready to return.
About You
Essential Experience & Skills
- Experience in a similar or customer facing role with sports or fitness brands
- Experience managing, leading and developing teams (for team lead and supervisory roles)
- A shared passion for community, wellness, sports and fitness
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, high volume, agile environment

About The Role
The Merchandise Admin Executive will support the team in activities related to import, export, legislative approval systemization of stock, maintenance supplier compliance and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This will be a key role to support the team drive the performance against sales and margin targets, maximizing in-season opportunities and affecting future inventory.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring all necessary records, files and databases are maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner in accordance with supplier records and feeds.
- Validation of order creation against vendor catalogue and resolution of discrepancies.
- Manage all aspects relating to the shipments and logistical processing.
- Coordinate shipments with EDI suppliers and Al Tayer logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Obtain the information of upcoming shipments and coordinate proper system checks.
- Report supplier compliance related to discrepancies on the physical receipt against invoice and damage stock in the shipment and obtain credit note from supplier.
- Keep record of warehouse documentation for contracts, order, invoice, fulfilment, and deliveries
- Handling of Short & Excess units, follow up on credit notes.
Compétences et expérience souhaitées
About You The successful candidate should have the following key competency, qualification and experience: Minimum High school graduate Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience in a similar role. Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent in MS Office application and Excel skills like v-look up, pivot, etc. Numerate with strong analytical skills and financial acumen. Aptitude to function within deadlines, while working both independently and as part of a team. Ability to work independently and proactively, with excellent attention to detail. Able to successfully manage and execute priorities in a timely manner within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Demonstrate ability to build and foster productive working relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors. Knowledge and Skills Pleasant personality and good grooming. Passion for retail industry.
