The ADNOC Group recognizes the importance of having a skilled and engaged workforce in order to maintain and improve the levels of service that ADNOC Group provides globally. In order to achieve its progressive agenda, ADNOC Group provides rigorous training and development at all levels within the organization especially for UAE National Fresh Graduates.
The ADNOC Fresh Graduate Program is a key initiative focused on developing the knowledge of its Trainees who may then become a permanent part of the ADNOC Group at the end of the program.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for consideration for the ADNOC Group Fresh Graduates Program, candidates are required to meet all of the following criteria in addition to any job specific criteria deemed necessary by ADNOC:
- This program is reserved for UAE Nationals;
- Medical fitness in accordance with the work environment of the role;
- Government clearances including certificate of good conduct from Ministry of Interior;
- Completion of all entry Assessments and interviews, including but not limited to, personality and ability assessments; and
- Successful completion of National Service, unless exempted by UAE law.
Please note that Trainees who successfully complete the program are not necessarily guaranteed a permanent contract with ADNOC Group.

ADNOC Group Supervisor, Crew Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirate
Job Purpose
Directs and controls Wireline operations and provides detailed information on the nature and behaviour of fluids in the wells during productions or injections. Plans and programs Wireline activities.
Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)
- Coordinates with drilling to ensure continuity of pre and post completion carried out for new or worked over wells.
- Prepares slick line operations, including contract services and spare parts for wireline tools and equipment, consumable downhole tools such as safety valves, separations sleeves controls and monitors such services.
- Coordinates with Service Company’s crews, equipment Wireline unit prior to mobilization to the field location, with Logging supervisor to ensure the completions of tubing check prior to moving logging equipment to operations site.
- Coordinates with Fields and Drilling Divisions to identify specifications, quantity and minimum stock of all slick line downhole tools for new wells or wells to be worked over. Ensures the availability of all the wireline downhole tools and consumable items not provided by contractors.
- Ensures that contractors are fully aware of and adhere to safety rules, regulations and standards. Checks and ensures that contractor’s personnel are fully aware of the procedures prior to Wireline operations on gas wells. Ensures validity of contractor equipment certifications prior to any Wireline job.

- Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
- Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.

- Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in wireline Logging Activities.
