What You Will Be Doing
As the Staff HR Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with Operations leadership to guide HR strategies and support teams in areas such as talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Every day brings the chance to make an impact by fostering an environment where employees feel engaged, supported, and inspired. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with Operations leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Advising on talent management and employee relations while navigating business challenges
- Identifying, developing, and retaining top talent to strengthen organizational capability
- Collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise and other functional teams to deliver impactful HR solutions
- Using data and analytics to uncover opportunities and drive meaningful outcomes for both employees and the business

Who You Are
You’re a collaborative and strategic HR professional with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people thrive. You have a solid understanding of HR disciplines, employment and labor laws, and fundamental HR philosophies. Your background in employee relations and investigations has equipped you to handle sensitive matters with integrity, urgency, and confidentiality—qualities that make you a trusted partner to employees and leaders alike.
