We Elevate… Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze current, past, and potential new customers to identify opportunities for Schindler to expand the Portfolio.
  • Coordinate, prepare and negotiate all offers and contracts consistent with the Company’s commercial guidelines, especially margin targets.
  • Maintenance contract conversions, gains and recoveries.
  • Coordinate the handover of new units, gained, and recovered units to provide a positive experience to the customer.
  • Ensuring collection of any overdue in relation to contract sales. Work on collection with the credit controller to decrease bad debts.
  • Prepare and fulfil budget and key metrics with the Country General Manager.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and negotiate all bid requests, frame contracts, tenders, and associated offers.
  • Act as a single point of contact to ensure fast and efficient solutions to key account issues.
