ENOC oil and gas Finance Analyst - Accounts Reconcilation (Emirati Talent) Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirate

Job Purpose

The job holder Under the supervision of Controller performs highly Professional accounting task within the area of assignment. The job holder is responsible to handle the various credit control related activities liaising with internal and external stakeholders as applicable, financial accounting for Accounts Receivables, uphold governance and systems role of an individual company or a group of companies in line with the policies and procedures as agreed and directed by the Controller.

Principal Accountabilities

Credit Control 
  • Responsible for managing and highlighting the credit exposure of the entire stream with the respective managers.
  • Responsible for analysing and recommending credit periods, credit terms, allowable credit exposure and securities limits for all new customers.
  • Conduct periodical review and analysis of customer status in terms of average sales, average collections, maximum credit exposure and alert the credit committee on major concerns of credit violations
  • Assess the non-recoverable dues in coordination with the concerned marketing departments and ensure that adequate provisions are made in line with Accounting Standard.
  • Review customer applications for credit worthiness, security waivers and provide the necessary recommendations.
  • Review, approve credit violations on a daily basis, and escalate critical cases to marketing for clearance. 
  • Ensure adherence to the Credit Policies
Credit Meetings
  • Conduct monthly credit review meetings with respective marketing department to follow up on outstanding and circulate minutes of the same.
  • Conduct periodic credit Committee meeting as per charter and circulate minutes of the same.
  • Responsible for monitoring progress on credit committee recommendations and highlighting deviations to the credit committee for approval.
Reporting
  • Preparation and submission overdue receivable balances to the Group
  • Circulate the monthly ageing report to the concerned marketing departments
Compliance and control
  • Ensure that all da to da transactions are done in line with the approved DOA and highlight any exceptions to the line Manager
Systems Review
  • Support Controller in projects that require Finance inputs from transaction monitoring and control. Perform User Acceptance Testing for the system developed.
Audit
  • Provide reports and details requested by external, intimal and government auditors.
Special Assignments
  • Assist the Controller — Financial Accounting & System with ad-hoc projects and special assignments.

Minimum Requirements
  • Educational Qualification: Finance Graduate
  • Experience: 5 to 6 years

Job Purpose

To lead the development of the partnerships strategy, actively understanding KPI's and any revenue targets to be delivered by partnerships, alignment of wider client scope and partnership deliverables, market positioning and intended approach to discussions. Ownership of managing the execution of the agreed partnerships strategy. Having visibility of competitor partnerships strategies and awareness of partner offer availability in the wider GCC market and International.

Principle Accountabilities

Strategic Responsibilities
  • Owning the partner relationships, understanding their businesses to obtain maximum benefit for members and the Yes Program both from a brand and a revenue front.
  • Drive sales of the Yes currency and acceptance in both GCC markets and Globally in the long term
  • Managing earn/burn/redemption reporting for partners where required and understanding the performance of different partners and using performance in negotiations.
  • Focal point of contact for all Loyalty partnerships across segments and businesses like Banks/Airlines/Hotels/Retail partners and other digitally enabled channels. Responsible for third party commercials and P&L
  • Functional Responsibilities
  • Initiating and leading discussions with target partners sourcing offers that align to the strategy.
  • Managing the process of contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring contracted terms are aligned mitigating against potential risks for the Yes Program.
  • Financials to be key focus for partnerships with and aim to maximize revenue potential from.
  • Taking responsibility for the full on-boarding of new partners members including internal introductions.
Minimum Requirements
  • Masters/MBA in Marketing and Negotiations.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a Senior Loyalty Partnership role, can be either Agency or Client-side experience
  • This role requires partnerships across all major verticals in market and internationally, the candidate must have managed large volume partnership acquiring across multiple verticals Proven ability and previous experience in a Loyalty Partnerships role, ability to deliver marketing driven solutions to increase customer engagement and positive ROI
  • Earn and Burn partnerships experience is mandatory for this role, and a detailed strong understanding of the commercials, legal requirements, and processes involved to onboard such partners.
  • Digital marketing skills, good level of technology solution knowledge to deliver the best in-class Customer Experience, User Journey's and in keeping with market trends/advancement in the technical space

Job Purpose

Responsible for technical and non-functional testing of software programs, applications, ERP modules, mobile apps and technology devices by ensuring adherence to business requirements, quality standards and best practices.

Principal Accountabilities

Operational 
  • Testing applications to ensure that it satisfy business requirements and quality standards.
  • Test new releases and reports results
  • Involved in Test Plan Preparation and Effort Estimation Understanding, providing feedback

Job Purpose

Perform and conduct Operation Technology (OT) assurance activities towards protecting the organization information assets and critical infrastructure. conduct technical OT cyber security assessments in addition to providing technical assurance capabilities that verify effectiveness of security controls and projects.

Principal Accountabilities

Operational
  • Conduct OT cyber security analysis of the technology environment to identify gaps and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Conduct OT architecture assessments from technical security point of view
  • conduct evaluation and assessment of available OT tools and countermeasures to remedy the detected vulnerabilities and recommend best solutions and practices.
  • Conduct reviews and Validations of OT infrastructure and other reference architectures for security best practices and recommend changes to enhance security and reduce risks, where applicable
  • Preform cyber security review for systems development or acquisition projects related to OT environments
  • Validate and verify OT systems security requirements definitions and analysis and established system security designs

Education
  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent, Diploma with additional relevant experience.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information security is preferable.
  • Required professional certifications: Professional certificate such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CEH, CISA, GSEC.
Experience 
  • 6+ years of Information Technology experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Working experience in multiple industries (e.g. Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Retail, Government…) is preferable.
  • Candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience as a Penetration Tester
  • Working experience in cyber security assurance.
