This internship is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in Employee Relations (ER) and HR compliance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Instead of a fixed set of duties, the internship will expose you to different areas of HR, with a primary focus on ER, offering a broad learning journey across policy, compliance, and workplace culture.
Key Focus Areas and Responsibilities
Depending on the business needs during your internship, you may support a variety of HR projects that include:
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution Learn the fundamental principles of maintaining a harmonious and productive workplace.
Example tasks may include:
- Supporting the documentation and follow-up of employee queries or concerns.
- Assisting HR Business Partners in preparing for disciplinary meetings or grievance hearings.
- Helping to organize and track formal warning letters or Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
HR Policy & Compliance Understand how we translate labor laws and internal guidelines into effective, day-to-day HR practices.
You may:
- Assisting in the review and update of internal HR policies and the Employee Handbook to ensure alignment with Saudi Labor Law.
- Supporting the team in ensuring compliance with Saudization requirements across documentation.
- Helping to organize and archive critical ER-related documentation and investigation files.
Workplace Culture & Education See how we proactively build a fair and respectful culture through awareness and education.
Projects may involve:
- Helping to prepare materials or presentations on topics like Code of Conduct, Anti-Harassment, or Fair Treatment.
- Assisting in coordinating employee awareness campaigns related to LVMH values and internal policies.
- Supporting the coordination and tracking of mandatory compliance training sessions for employees and managers.
Market & Business Partnering Join HR colleagues on business visits to learn how we support our front-line teams in implementing fair and consistent ER practices.
Tasks could include:
- Supporting store visits to ensure visible display of key labor law documents and HR mandatory postings.
- Helping document observations or ER-related risks from the market.
- Participating in follow-up actions to address policy adherence in the field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
