NOMAC Ticketing Agent Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirate

Founded in 2009, and acquired by NOMAC in 2018, NOMAC Maintenance Energy Services (NMES) is the leading regional non-OEM service provider. 

NMES supports its end-users by providing OEM level quality services and exceptional value creation through highly skilled and trained personnel, with capabilities to cover the maintenance and servicing of a wide range of turbines and generators, irrespective of the OEM, and supporting our customers in the following key areas:
  • Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and Generator inspections/overhauls, parts supply and engineering services
  • GT / ST and Generator corrective maintenance and repairs on a standby basis
  • Generator robotic inspections, rotor and stator rewinds
  • Auxiliaries Inspections/overhauls and parts supply
  • Turnkey GT/GTG/ST/STG/ Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), Long-Term Maintenance Agreements (LTMAs), Long-Term Manpower Supply (LTMSAs) and Long-Term Part-Supply Agreements (LTPSAs)

Objective 

To efficiently manage corporate travel by handling flight bookings and ticket issuance for internal employees, coordinating itinerary changes promptly and accurately, ensuring strict compliance with company travel policies while optimizing cost efficiency, and delivering exceptional support and guidance for all travel-related needs.
  • Handle all aspects of employee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and any necessary travel documentation.
  • Coordinate domestic and international flight bookings to employees ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets through GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) as per employee requests and travel guidelines.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements align with company policy, cost limits, and preferred vendors.
  • Assist employees with inquiries, changes, and cancellations to their reservations, offering solutions and alternatives as required.
  • Provide accurate fare quotes and route options based on traveler needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date travel records and support travel reporting needs.
  • Liaise with airlines and travel vendors to resolve ticketing issues, disputes, or delays.
  • Offer prompt and professional support to employees via phone, email, or internal ticketing systems.
  • Work closely with finance and admin teams to manage invoicing, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Flexibility to in shifts and as per roster duty that may fall as night shift, on a weekend or Holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Travel & Tourism or related field is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in travel ticketing, preferably in a corporate or TMC (Travel Management Company) environment.
  • Familiarity with at least one GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent travel requests.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Knowledge of corporate travel policy enforcement is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience handling high-volume travel bookings.
  • Basic understanding of cost-saving techniques in corporate travel.
  • Comfort with working across time zones and supporting executives.

NOMAC Accounts Payable Assistant, NMES  Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirate

Objective

The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for ensuring all supplier and expense payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role involves managing vendor accounts, verifying payment requests, preparing payment runs, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities 
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Processing and recording transactions accurately in the accounting system.
  • Reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
  • Maintaining and organizing financial files and records.
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting tasks.
  • Generating financial reports and summaries for management review.
  • Responding to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial transactions.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned. 
  • Vendor Management
  • Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all outstanding invoices are processed and paid.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding payment status, discrepancies, or missing documents.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with vendors to ensure smooth payment operations.
  • Month-End and Audit Support
  • Assist in month-end closing by preparing payable summaries, aging reports, and accruals.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements by providing relevant documentation and reconciliations

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

Minimum Qualifications & Competency
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and Finance.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or payment operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP accounting ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor payment processes and banking procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
Minimum Experience
  • 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience from banking industries
